These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (the "Service") provided by SILICABASE, INC. ("SilicaBASE," "we," "us"), a Florida corporation. By accessing the Service, joining the waitlist, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SilicaBASE is a software-as-a-service operating platform for vehicle detailing, ceramic-coating, and paint-protection-film businesses. It provides bookings and scheduling, job and stage tracking, digital vehicle inspection reports, invoicing and payment collection, an AI drafting assistant, and operator analytics. The Service is currently offered on an early-access / beta basis to selected operators.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the information you provide, for the activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate, current information.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully or to send unsolicited or non-consented communications.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You are responsible for obtaining your own customers' consent before adding their contact information or messaging them through the Service.

4. Early access / beta

While in early access, features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may invite or remove participants at our discretion.

5. Payments

Paid plans, deposits, and other charges, when offered, are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscription fees are billed in advance and recur until cancelled. You authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by SilicaBASE and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit; you grant us a license to host and process it to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilicaBASE disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. SMS / messaging terms

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from SilicaBASE, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.

10. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
