Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy describes refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to the SilicaBASE platform offered by SILICABASE, INC.
Early access
During early access / beta, the SilicaBASE platform does not charge subscription fees unless explicitly agreed in writing. If no payment has been collected, no refund is necessary.
Subscriptions
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Stripe).
- You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
- Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Annual plans
Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused, full months remaining if you cancel within the first 30 days. Contact us to request review.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at info@silicabase.com and we will investigate and correct verified errors promptly.
Deposits taken by studios
If a detailing studio uses SilicaBASE to collect deposits or payments from its own customers, those amounts are governed by that studio's policies, not by SilicaBASE. Customers should contact the studio directly.
