- Information you provide: name, business / studio name, email address, mobile phone number, operator type, and your communication preferences (including SMS consent) when you join the waitlist or use the Service.
- Usage information: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the website and Service are used.
- Customer data you enter: if you use the Service, the bookings, vehicles, and contacts you add to run your business.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, early access, and product updates.
- To send SMS messages only where you have explicitly opted in (see below).
- To process payments through our payment processor where applicable.
SMS / text messaging
We send SMS messages only to people who explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent box and providing a mobile number. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the messages you opted into and to operate the Service.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that protect your data, including: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments), and Twilio (SMS delivery). We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link and SMS by replying STOP.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.
